We are Czech company Design Weld ltd.
Our company is a part of the Czech market from 2001. During that time we have become leading supplier of technologies for important Czech but also foreign companies (France, Germany, Russia, Mexico, Turkey, Morocco, Hungary, Romania and Slovak republic).
Among our products we count resistance welding presses 50 Hz and 1000 Hz, including welding presses for resistance welding of high resistance materials (USIBOR,…), dedicated welding machines, high capacity welding machines with turntables, two-position welding machines, furthermore automatic nut, screw and plate feeders.
We are specialists in creating welding tools for component resistance welding, Welding tools for resistance welding (manual, robotic) and clamping fixtures for laser cutting. Moreover we can offer ceramic pins and bushings for resistance welding, welding pins with ceramic coating, distance shims, control fixtures, control stations with 100% control of throughout of the thread, spare parts for resistance welding and welding tools for arc welding (manual as well as robotic).
